For over 200 years, First Church has cared for Waterville and its people through gospel-centered ministry.

WHAT WE DO WELL
EXPOSITORY
PREACHING
At First Church, we value the Scriptures. Every Sunday the feature of worship is the intelligent exposition of a passage of Scripture. Dr. Meidahl teaches the gospel in a lively and penetrating way that sounds fresh, yet remains grounded in the ancient text. Dr. Meidahl strongly values the systematic presentation of Scripture and, therefore, teaches through an entire book of the Bible at a time.
COMMUNITY
FELLOWSHIP
People matter to God. So, they matter to us at First Church. We spend intentional time creating new friendships around the gospel. All are welcome. We can't wait to meet you.
HISTORIC
WORSHIP
First Church continues to worship in accordance with historic Christianity. We proudly remain traditional focusing on a liturgy that is hundreds of years old. Worship is formative. The prayers, readings, hymns and recitations all shape the worshipper in ways that creates deeper understanding.
Join us Sundays at 9:30 AM & 6 PM.
